"Science First, Wisdom Alliance" Intern Summer Camp Program

Honoring Sinochem Group’s core development concept “Science First”, the Company incubates outstanding innovative projects via thorough market investigation, deep acquisition of customer needs, and application-oriented experimental exploration to contribute to its scientific and technological innovation. Meanwhile, it actively strengthens the "school-enterprise cooperation" and establishes the image as a high-quality employer through the summer camp program. Serving as a high-quality internship and employment platform, Sinochem Distribution is always delighted to help college students join diverse internship programs, improve practical ability, and accumulate workplace experience, passing on to all sectors of society its core value of "integrity, professionalism, innovation, and people-oriented" and core talent concept "respect for science and respect for talents".

Highlights

Professional project teams, plus technical experts and business backbones acting as mentors, are invited to assist summer camp members to formulate detailed work plans and provide resource support, control research progress, and ensure that all tasks are completed smoothly as planned.

With focus on core business, we encourage field study instead of training. By deeply exploring the needs of downstream customers, making full use of the Company’s R&D resources, combining experimental research with market research, participants are able to keep improving project results in practice.

Results-oriented, the program is set with a group competition, where a professional jury comprehensively evaluates the research report and process performance of each group. Members with excellent performance are granted generous rewards, souvenirs and quick pass cards for campus recruitment.
