"Huaxiao" Management Trainee Program

The "Huaxiao" management trainees program of Sinochem Distribution is centered on "knowledge and action promote each other", and adopts a blended learning approach to build a full range of talents, so that the management trainees can be promoted completely in the benign learning cycle of learning, thinking, practice and improvement.

The Company formulates a one-year personalized rotation training plan for each management trainee based on his or her professional background, personality, personal career planning and the “721” talent training rule. It is hoped to help management trainees adapt to their professional roles and recognize the Company’s culture as soon as possible, improve professional quality and accumulate business experience via 70% work (job rotation, subject research), 20% communication (mentor system, executive discussion, sharing and exchange) and 10% training and learning (intensive training, independent learning).
