On the afternoon of June 21, Assistant President of the Group and Vice President of Energy Business Department, visited Sinochem Liaoning for inspection. Li Bo, General Manager of Sinochem Petrochemical Distribution Co., Ltd. (Sinochem Petrochemical Distribution), Zhang Chi, Deputy General Manager of Sinochem Petrochemical Distribution, Wang Guolun, Deputy General Manager of Sinochem Petrochemical Distribution, Wang Jian and Sun Liming, Deputy General Managers of Energy Technology kept him company during the inspection.
Li Min, General Manager of Sinochem Liaoning, presented the "Logistics Transformation Report" to the leaders present. Mr. Zhang Zenggen affirmed the cooperation between Energy Technology and Sinochem Petrochemical Distribution Shandong Branch on their interconnection of information systems and the support for market-oriented rules and resources.
Mr. Sun Liming noted: "Energy Technology and Sinochem Petrochemical Distribution are working closely, and both product launch rates and online transactions are gradually being improved. At present, we are planning to partner with Sinochem Petrochemical Distribution Shandong Branch on businesses and joint development of key B shippers. In the future, we hope to further our cooperation in the sales of logistics insurance products and maintenance of northern shippers. "

Mr. Li Bo added that Energy Technology and Sinochem Petrochemical Distribution are families, and that Sinochem Petrochemical Distribution is responsible for internal coordination. The logistics team of Sinochem Liaoning must go out to explore the market and improve its capabilities. Energy Technology should make full use of Sinochem Liaoning's logistics resources to achieve precise connection and package solutions in the development of large projects such as Hengli Petrochemical.
In the end, Mr. Zhang Zenggen concluded that Sinochem Liaoning took over the overall logistics business of Quanzhou Refinery in just three years, with its capacities in logistics continuously improved. Thus the company has taken on a new look. This proves that Sinochem Liaoning made the right choice to take the path of logistics transformation. Mr. Zhang proposed the following four requirements:
First, logistics is a rising industry. Therefore, Sinochem Liaoning has to look further toward changes in the industry, accelerate the innovation of logistics business models through the strategy "Science First", and continuously enhance the ability to explore markets and provide value-added services.
Second, Sinochem Petrochemical Distribution has strongly supported Energy Technology in the early stage. In the future, the two parties should continue to strengthen communication. Sinochem Petrochemical Distribution should deepen local promotion via 1chemic, and generate synergy in projects such as the trading center and petrochemical city.
Third, Energy Technology should prioritize internal resource cooperation in platform development, and solve the problem of internal cost sharing through market-based rules. For large projects such as Hengli Petrochemical, it is feasible to consider overall connection with the Business Division.
Fourth, problems will inevitably emerge in the early-stage operation of Energy Technology platform. So everyone is encouraged to put them forward frankly. The platform should aim at providing integrated solutions to truly improve efficiency and reduce costs. If there are difficulties in the initial stage of external resource connection, we can start offline to optimize the comprehensive application scenarios of the platform.
