Production process
Slurry double loop pipe process of Chevron Phillips Chemical Company LLC is adopted, in which iso-butane is used as diluent and chromium-based catalyst, titanium-based catalyst and metallocene catalyst.
Primary grades and applications:
HMN6080 has high crystallinity and density (0.96g/cm3) and a melt index of 8±1.5g/10min (190℃/2.16kg). As its high tensile yield stress and tensile fracture strain parameters ensure good impact resistance, it can be widely applied to the injection molding fields, such as vessels for industrial uses, turnover boxes, transport cases, pallets, garbage cans, mechanical components, barrels, pots, baskets, housewares, and toys.
HMN55110 has a density of 0.955g/cm3, melt index of 11±4g/10min (190℃/21.6kg), the tensile yield stress of more than 18Mpa, 0.8mm fisheye of fewer than 8 pieces/1520cm2, 0.4mm fisheye of fewer than 40 pieces/1520cm2. It is a high quality HDPE film, which has better operability, higher mechanical strength, better use temperature, and package barrier property and longer service life in comparison with LDPE, and is widely applied to food packaging bags, shopping bags, garbage bags, agricultural films, agricultural packages, and so on.
